Pretty much anyone can dive into a game of laser tag and have a blast, even if they aren’t top of the leaderboard. But those of us looking to claim that coveted high score will need to use every tactical tool at our disposal to dominate the arena like a professional. That’s why we’ve compiled the 15 best tips for outrunning and outgunning your opponents on the neon battlefield. So strap on those vests, take up your blasters, and set your sights on victory.

Wear dark clothing to make yourself harder to spot. Laser tag is almost always played in the dark, which means that you’ll stick out like a lighthouse if you’re wearing bright colors, making you an easy target.
