Steps
Open the Settingsapp on your Android. You can find it on your Apps menu.
Scroll down and tap Backup & reset. It will open your Backup & reset menu on a new page.
Tap Back up my data.
Slide the Back up my data switch to. This button is in the upper-right corner of your screen. It will turn on data backups on your Android.
Tap theicon. This will save your settings and take you back to the Backup & reset menu.
Tap Backup account. This button will open a new pop-up window and let you select an account to back up all the data on your Android.
Select a backup account in the pop-up window. You can select one of the Google accounts already linked to your Android, or tap the + Add account button and set a separate account for your backups.
Slide the Automatic restore switch to. When this switch is turned on, your Android will automatically back up all your custom preferences and personal settings, including all your app data.- When you reinstall an app, all of your backed up settings and data will be restored.
