Enabling Camera Backup During Initial Login
Launch OneDrive. Look for the app on your Android device App drawer or home screen, and tap on it.
Sign in. Tap the “Sign in” link to continue. You will be brought to the Sign In screen. Enter your Microsoft account and password and tap the “Sign in” button to proceed.Advertisement
Turn on Camera Backup. After successfully logging in for the first time, you will be welcomed with a camera backup option. Tap the “Turn on” button to enable camera backup automatically. All your photos and videos will be automatically backed up to your OneDrive account.- If you don’t want this, tap the “Not now” link instead.
- This method is only applicable during your first time to log in. If you’re already logged in or have already previously logged in on the same Android device, do Method 2 instead.

Enabling Camera Backup from Settings

Set upload settings. After toggling the Camera Backup option, you can define when the app will do the uploads. Tap the “Upload using item,” and select between “Wi-Fi only” and “Wi-Fi and mobile network.”- If you want to only do the uploads via Wi-Fi, select the first option. If you want uploads to be done all the time, select the second option.
