Jim McFarland is a Master Shoe Craftsman and the Co-Owner of McFarland's Shoe Repair in Lakeland, Florida. Jim has over 40 years of experience and has received more than 20 awards for craftsmanship including the prestigious Grand Silver Cup from the Shoe Service Institute of America (SSIA). Jim is a leader in the shoe repair industry and has served several terms on SSIA’s board of directors as well as two terms as president.
