He has performed approximately 100 inspections of PCAOB-registered firms in more than 10 countries throughout the world. He is also the founder and President of Johnson Global Accountancy, a public accounting and consulting firm which advises PCAOB-registered firms on PCAOB inspection, remediation, and enforcement matters.
