Go to the Vodafone activation website. In a web browser, go to the Vodafone activation website for your area:

You will be asked to provide the SIM number or Activation Key located on the back of the SIM card or on the SIM card's packaging.- If you purchased a Vodafone Starter Pack, the Activation Key is on the back of the package and contains letters with 10 numbers, such as "U/V 09XXXXXXXX."
Provide your account details and identification. Fill out any necessary account information requested such as your phone number or account PIN. You may be asked to provide one of the following forms of identification:- Drivers license
- Medical card
- Passport
Submit your request and wait. After you've provided all the requested information successfully, your activation request will be processed. This process can take up to six hours.
Start making calls and sending text messages. When your calls or texts are able to send and be received, your Vodafone SIM card is now activated and ready to use.
